We take great pride in the way in which we seek to train and nurture our graduate staff. Our trainee solicitors spend six months in each of the four sections of the firm.

All professional staff participate in a three monthly review process enabling our professional staff to see how they are progressing and what assistance they might need to enhance their professional development. Our trainee solicitors have regular access to the partner in charge of their section.

We see the need for graduates to develop their client contact skills at an early stage. This means that trainee solicitors will have contact with clients under the supervision of the partner in charge of their section.

The aim of our Graduate Development Program at Price & Roobottom is to produce Lawyers who we can be proud to continue to employ beyond the period of their traineeship.
